The following is a great article from the Baltimore Business Journal: Baltimore Summer Restaurant Week will return July 22-31 with a new pricing concept. Ryan Sharrow Managing Editor Baltimore Business Journal Chefs participating in the annual promotion will now price the menu themselves, within a range.
