Baltimore’s Downtown Partnership Makes Downtown Safer, More Accessible & More Fun for Visitors & Residents
Downtown Baltimore is a hotbed of activity – it’s packed with restaurants and attractions and every week, new events are announced. For people living, working or visiting downtown Baltimore, that’s exciting, but it can also be overwhelming. With so much to do, how do you decide where to start?
The Downtown Partnership of Baltimore can help. From their Charles Street headquarters, the organization creates and promotes programs for the city – they’re involved with everything from Restaurant Week to the free Charm City Circulator bus – and they help locals and tourists alike navigate all the opportunities downtown Baltimore has to offer.
Have an electric vehicle? Thinking about buying one? There are plenty of reasons to drive electric, from environmental to financial considerations.
One up side of driving an electric vehicle is the ability to charge your car while it’s parked. In Baltimore, Harbor Park Garage has partnered with the ChargePoint network; the garage now has stations that allow up to four electric vehicles (EVs) to charge at one time.
ChargePoint is an organization that designs and builds EV charging stations that customers can use finding an easy mobile app. The app allows customers to track fuel and greenhouse gas savings, find charging spots and coordinate the charge at one of the charging stations.

Take advantage of the Aquarium’s 4-D immersion films program to check out Nickelodeon’s best-dressed undersea creature, SpongeBob SquarePants, like you’ve never seen him before. In “SpongeBob SquarePants 4-D: The Great Jelly Rescue!”, SpongeBob has to step up and save his oceanic home after bad guy Plankton kidnaps all the sea’s jellyfish with his crazy pollution-belching machine.
