Next weekend is a long one in Baltimore, with schools and many offices closed on Monday, and an even longer one in Baltimore County, where schools are closed on Tuesday, as well. It’s also an eventful and thoughtful weekend. On Monday, January 16, the city of Baltimore will honor Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. with several events, including a parade, now in its 17th year.
