Downtown Baltimore will shimmer this November when, for ten days at the beginning of the month, two of the city’s most popular events descend upon the Inner Harbor, just as Daylight Savings Time comes to an end. Light City, the annual festival of art, music and innovation, returns to Baltimore for its third year this April. The centerpiece of the event is the BGE Light Art Walk, a collection of light art installations located at points around the Inner Harbor.
