The winning bands/musicians selected from Sound Off Live! will perform at Light City, Artscape or the Baltimore Book Festival. The festival – a three-day long celebration of all things literary – takes place in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor September 22-24, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. each day.
