The Brian Jonestown Massacre is a band from San Francisco, California. They formed in 1985 and released their debut album, ‘Methodrone’, in 1995. Their music has been described as psychedelic punk rock, garage rock, and art rock. The band was founded by Anton Newcombe (born Anthony Newcomb) and Dawn, his girlfriend at the time. They met at a party hosted by John Cale (of Velvet Underground, who later became a good friend and sometimes collaborator of the band. The National Aquarium is lifting the guest vaccine requirement beginning Friday, February 25. Guests will no longer be required to show proof of vaccination in order to enter the Aquarium. The National Aquarium made this decision after carefully considering the latest scientific and medical information available on the subject. Baltimore and Maryland have seen a significant decrease in COVID-related hospitalizations, prompting the state to ease vaccine requirements. The number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Maryland has also decreased in recent weeks. This good news comes as health officials continue to urge residents to take precautions.
