The Nerve Of Some People! It is simply outrageous what some people will do in an empty parking garage!! Help us identify this wintertime vandal. [youtube video=”xGWL-0-17ro”] The alleged event took place last week following the traffic-killing snowstorm. The perp snuck up to the top floor and committed the following act of utter indecency. Help us identify this hooligan. When we do he will be marched into our office and provided a large cup of hot chocolate with whipped cream. That ought to teach him! The nerve of some people. Alternate punishment suggestions are welcomed.
