With Maryland primary voting over and the Baltimore election for mayor almost behind us, it’s time to focus local energy on more fun and sporting competitive pursuits. We here at Harbor Park Garage are spicing things up for the run by offering: $10 flat rate for participants! In after 5am and out by 2pm.
