Light City, the annual festival of art, music and innovation, returns to Baltimore for its third year this April. Last year, local Baltimoreans who weren’t able to make it to Washington, D.C. for the National Women’s March organized a march of their own in Baltimore. With about 5,000 marchers in attendance, it far exceeded expectations and the energy was palpable.
