The following is a great article from the Baltimore Business Journal:

Chefs participating in the annual promotion will now price the menu themselves, within a range. Diners will pay between $20-$35 for a three-course dinner, and two-course lunches and brunches will cost between $12-20. The set prices do not include gratuity or tip.

Baltimore Summer Restaurant Week will return July 22-31.

Prix-fixe dinners during last summer’s restaurant week cost $20 and $30.

Organizers say the new pricing system allows chefs more flexibility with their offerings, while giving diners a chance to choose menus based on food options and their budget.

So far, 77 restaurants are registered and more than 100 are expected to participate in this year’s event. Restaurant Week is a promotion of Visit Baltimore and the Downtown Partnership of Baltimore.

Restaurants signed up so far include Cinghiale, Aggio and La Cuchara.
