Miss Shirley’s Cafe News – December 2015
Miss Shirley’s Cafe is celebrating the 10 Year Anniversary of our original location in Roland Park, which is why we are #ShirleysGiving back to the community that has supported us for the last decade!
As part of our “10 Months of Shirley’s Giving” Charitable Campaign, for the Holiday Season, Miss Shirley’s sponsored, designed & purchased a 7.5′ 10 Year Anniversary-Inspired Tree, which was displayed at Kennedy Krieger Institute’s Festival of Trees from November 27-29th.
Miss Shirley’s was ecstatic that our Bright Orange Lit Tree, “Celebrating a Decade of Delicious Daytime Dining,” won the 3rd Place Corporate Branding Award at the Festival!
With fairyland forests, gingerbread towns, toy train gardens, gift boutiques, crafts, games & more, the Festival of Trees has become the East Coast’s Largest Holiday Extravaganza! All funds from this fun family event benefit the Kennedy Krieger Institute, which aims to improve the lives of children & individuals with disorders of the brain, spinal chord, and musculoskeletal system.
During this season of giving, Miss Shirley’s was happy to be a part of such a wonderful cause, and we look forward to continuing #ShirleysGiving through February 2016!
