The Polar Express 4-D Experience

You are invited on an extraordinary 4-D adventure this holiday season on “The Polar Express!” When a doubting young boy takes an extraordinary train ride to the North Pole, he embarks on a journey of self-discovery that shows him that the wonder of life never fades for those who believe. The Polar Express 4-D Experience is based on the inspiring and beloved Caldecott Medal children’s book by Chris Van Allsburg.
Featured in digital 3-D and brought to life with 4-D multi-sensory effects, this is an immersive experience for the whole family to enjoy.

The Biggest New Year’s Eve Celebration in Baltimore!
NYE Live! has been the Mid-Atlantic’s biggest New Year’s Eve party for years. Once again, we will be ringing in the New Year in style with exclusive access to over 9 bars and nightclubs. This year’s all-inclusive New Year’s Eve ticket includes drinks from 9PM – 1AM, gourmet food, great DJ performances, New Year’s themed party favors, laser shows, dancing and of course a huge midnight celebration featuring the Times Square Ball Drop on our 20’ LED Screen. Does the ball drop after your bedtime? Not this year! Ring in the New Year at the Maryland Science Center! Join us for our 8th annual New Year’s Eve celebration, Midnight Noon, where children can enjoy the ball drop before bed time. Crafts will be available from 10am-2pm while supplies last. Guests can look forward to constructing noise makers, building a snow globe, and making party favors. The festivities continue with the sounds of popular kids band Milkshake as they take the stage at 11:30am. Their Grammy-nominated tunes will keep you dancing throughout the day. The entire Science Center will be open and ready for you to explore. All activities are FREE with paid admission, and free to members.
