National Aquarium’s new Immersive Audiovisual Journey experience lets you explore biodiversity like never before.

National Aquarium‘s new Immersive Audovisual Journey experience lets visitors explore biodiversity like never before!

Voyagers will embark upon an audio-focused tour at the National Aquarium, listening to original soundscapes composed by local beatbox artist Shodekeh , vocal percussionist and Breath Artist.

The audio-visual experience is inspired by Shodakeh’s extensive study of the topic of biodiversity and animal communication. He also explored the topic of animal communication through his conversations with experts within the aquarium and in the field, like our featured scientist for the exhibit, Ashakur Rahamann of the Cornell Lab of Ornitology. The audio waves will be translated into visual projections throughout the building, allowing visitors to engage in a multi-sensory journey.

This event is sure to satisfy your cravings for music and food. There will be a DJ set from Baltimore-born musician and producer Wendel Paterson, as well as local food trucks serving up some of the city’ s best eats. Come out and have fun!

Tickets are limited so get your tickets now.

And if you want to lock in your parking at the National Aquarium, use Harbor Park Garage to get $10 off your parking.
