The 3-Point Pop-Up Marketplace, highlighting Black-Owned businesses, artists, and artisans in Baltimore s coming to the Inner Harbor for 4 days only. Presented by the Downtown Partnership of Baltimore, the Pop-Up Marketplace will take place during the CIAA Men’s and Women’s Basketball Tournament.

The 3-Point Pop-Up Marketplace features three distinct pop-up activations.
- 614 Water Street – DPOB’s Small Business Marketplace, featuring products from some of Baltimore’s most exciting local, Black-owned small retail businesses.
- 608 Water Street – The MICAMade Marketplace featuring art and handmade goods by Maryland Institute College of Art’s vibrant and dynamic community of students, staff, faculty, and alumni.
- 600 Water Street – A Pop-Up Gallery specially curated by Hot Sauce Artist Collective
