Some Smiles Never Fade

Today at Harbor Park Garage, we are mourning the loss of Charles Cooper.  We will miss his infectious laugh and an everpresent warm and welcoming smile. Charles was an incredibly special person to all of us. He had a way of brightening up our day.

Charles was known for his positive attitude and willingness to help others in need. Regardless of the situation, he could always be counted on to bring lightness and joy into any room or work area. His kind spirit and infectious laugh will be deeply missed by us all. 

Charles was an ambassador to our Inner Harbor neighborhood who turned every customer interaction into a positive experience.  He made it impossible to leave the office without a smile and a warm feeling of good cheer.  Charles had the biggest heart and would always offer help to anyone in need, no matter how great or small.

We will miss Charles's sense of humor, intelligence, and thoughtfulness every day that passes without him here with us at Harbor Park Garage.  He was a king among men. Whether we were having a good day or a bad one, his presence somehow managed to make things better for us all. We will miss him dearly but are forever grateful for his impact on our lives.
