Port DiscoveryConstruction is underway

We’re officially under construction – and working on bigger, bolder, better – and even more fun – exhibits that will fuel playful learning for future generations!

Don’t let the hard hats fool you, though – we’re open again starting January 12 for play and learning with two unique experiences:

• The Construction Zone in the Atrium at Port Discovery sponsored by M&T Bank, and
• Port Discovery’s Pop-Up Play Space at the Shops at Kenilworth opening in late January 2019!

Please note: Port Discovery will not be open January 2 – 11, 2019 as we put the final touches on The Construction Zone. Please join us again starting on January 12 for fun, play, and learning!

Come Play!

We’re staying open for play and learning while construction on new exhibits and improvements is underway:

• Visit The Construction Zone: Starting Saturday, January 12, join us to design and create a mini-robot, use HUGE building blocks to build a creation straight from your imagination, launch rockets towards the moon, create your own play, and more in The Construction Zone in The Atrium at Port Discovery sponsored by M&T Bank. Admission is just $5 for individuals two and older, and FREE for members and children under two.
• Visit our Pop-Up Play Space: Starting in late January, get a taste of Port Discovery at Port Discovery’s Pop-Up Play Space at The Shops at Kenilworth, where you can spark your child’s imagination as you take part in fun and educational drop-in programs, messy art (think paint!), building activities, and more while you preview our new exhibits! Admission is free for all visitors!

Bigger, Bolder, Better…and even more fun! New exhibits are on the way!
