If you’re looking for all things spooky, costume‑filled and party‑heavy this Halloween season, Power Plant Live! is absolutely on the calendar. Located right in downtown Baltimore, this entertainment district transforms into a multi‑venue haunted playground for a handful of marquee events in late October and early November 2025.
Here’s a rundown of what’s happening — and how you can make the most of it.
Boos & Brews Bar Crawl
On Sat., Oct 25 (starting ~6 pm to early Sunday), Power Plant Live! hosts the “Official Boos & Brews Bar Crawl.”
Bounce around multiple bars inside the Power Plant district, offering special food and drink deals, plus DJs spinning spooky sets. Tickets include a wristband for access to participating bars and a color-changing stadium cup.
Guests must be 21+ and the event takes place rain or shine.
Halloween Rally – Glow Edition
On Thursday, Oct. 30 at 9 pm, Power Plant Live! throws its Glow Edition Rally, featuring live entertainment, high-energy DJ sets playing EDM and top 40 hits, and fully party mode – think glow-in-the-dark inflatables and confetti cannons. Tickets include 5 drink vouchers.
This 21+ event is great if you want full-on dance floor energy, costumes, and lights – and if you’re game to stay up late.
Heros vs. Villians: Halloween Multiverse War
On Halloween proper, Fri. Oct. 31 at 8 pm, the superhero multiverse descends on Power Plant Live! for a massive party taking place across six venues – each with a different theme.
Mosaic has a “Mutant Mansion” vibe with glam and psychedelic visuals. At Luckie’s Tavern, you’ll find villain-centric bars and PBR is the Heroes’ Command Base. Lienie Lodge is the hero hangout The Watchtower and Angels Rock Bar is the Mayhem & Mischief Squad Zone.
The night includes a costume contest with $500 in prizes for categories like Best Hero, Best Villian, Best Group and Best DIY.
This will be a sellout event with a big crowd, so grab tickets early. There are also VIP upgrades available with an all-inclusive drink package from 9 pm to midnight.
Offstage Presents: ACRAZE – Halloween Weekend
The party continues even after Halloween, with a Nov. 1 EDM party at Mosaic that’s perfect for a dance floor loving crew. The 18+ event features two stages – the ACRAZE headline on the main stage plus more music and underground energy in the club room.
Costumes are encouraged and entry is 18+.
