By day, the stretch of St. Paul Street under the Orleans Street Viaduct looks unassuming – like any other regular downtown Baltimore street. But on Thursday, April 6, it will transform into “The Light Tunnel,” coming alive with light and music, when LIT CITY, a high-energy dance party, takes over the space.
