Harbor Park Garage in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor is now making it easier than ever to charge electric vehicles (EVs). Located in the heart of downtown, Harbor Park Garage offers a convenient and reliable charging solution with Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Stations.

Cost to Charge

  • VIP Parkers – Free for the first 5 hours
  • Prime Monthly Parkers – Free for the first 5 hours
  • Choice Monthly Parkers – $0.43 cents/kWh
  • Visitors – $0.43 cents/kWh

    Grace Period Policy:
    A 30-minute grace period is provided after a battery is fully charged.
    After this period, a loitering fee of $5 per hour will be applied for occupying the charging station.

  • EV Chargers: 20 Level 2 Charging Spaces.
  • Location: All chargers are located on the 2nd Floor, just past the parking office.

Harbor Park Garage is located at 55 Market Place in downtown Baltimore, just a short walk from the Inner Harbor, Power Plant LIVE!, the National Aquarium, Port Discovery Children’s Museum, Pier Six, restaurants, bars, shops, and many other destinations.

In addition to being a convenient spot for electric vehicle owners to charge their cars, Harbor Park is reasonably priced, and the staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and always ready to point visitors in the right direction.
