What Are Driving Directions to Harbor Park Garage?

Coming into Baltimore from Virginia and points south take the following route:

  1. Take I-95 north toward Baltimore.
  2. Continue on I-95 north to Exit 53 I-395 to downtown Baltimore.
  3. I-395 turn into Howard St.
  4. Make a right turn at the third light on to W. Pratt St.
  5. At the ninth traffic light which is now E. Pratt St. make a left turn on to Market Place.
  6. Go straight to light at the intersection of E. Lombard St. and Market Place.
  7. Keep straight until you see the 7-Eleven on the right.
  8. The entrance to the garage is next.

Coming into Baltimore from the DC area take the following route:

  1. Take Baltimore-Washington Pkwy toward Baltimore.
  2. The Baltimore-Washington Pkwy will change to Russell St. when you arrive in Baltimore.
  3. Russell St. will change to Paca St. at W. Pratt St.
  4. Make a right turn on W. Pratt St. (Hilton Hotel on corner).
  5. Continue on W. Pratt St. at the eleventh traffic light make a left turn on Market Place.
  6. Go straight to light at the intersection of E. Lombard St. and Market Place.
  7. Keep straight until you see the 7-Eleven on the right.
  8. The entrance to the garage is next.

Coming into Baltimore from Philadelphia and points north of Baltimore take the following route:

  1. Take I-95 south toward Baltimore.
  2. Continue on I-95 north to Exit 53 I-395 to downtown Baltimore.

  2. Take ramp right for I-83 south toward Baltimore/York/Penn Turnpike entering Maryland.
  3. Take ramp right for I-83/I-695 west to Baltimore.
  4. At Exit 23 B-A take ramp right for I-83 south toward Baltimore.
  5. Keep straight onto N. President St.
  6. Turn right onto E. Lombard St.
  7. Make right turn into garage ramp.

Coming from the Canton area:

  1. From Boston Street.
  2. Turn right onto Eastern Ave.
  3. Turn right onto President.
  4. Turn left onto E. Lombard St.
  5. Turn right into garage entrance and continue up the ramp.

What Are Walking Directions from Harbor Park Garage?


  • Take elevator or adjacent stairs down to the first floor lobby.

  • Exit Harbor Park Garage onto Lombard Street.

  • Turn right and walk ½ block to corner of Lombard Street and Market Street.

  • Turn left on Market Street and walk one block to E. Pratt Street.

  • Cross to Pratt Street and turn right.

  • Walk ½ block and USS Torsk will be on the left
