Warm weather in Baltimore means music festival season is upon us – and the fun kicks off on Saturday, April 13, when Rally in the Alley XVII takes over Power Plant Live!

The outdoor music festival – now returning for the 17th time! – features multiple stages and tons of fun activities all afternoon long. Tickets are available now, so grab them while you can. It’s a party you won’t want to miss.

The Music

The festival features music from multiple DJs presiding over several stages.

The music mix will include top 40 tunes, EDM and trap. To make the day even better, there will be confetti cannons and go-go dancers. Plus, bar games and giveaways to keep you entertained even when you need a break from dancing.

 

The Location

Power Plant Live! is a downtown Baltimore dining and entertainment spot featuring tons of restaurants, bars and fun venues for music and general revelry. It hosts concerts, food festivals and parties like Rally in the Alley all year long.

Entry to Rally at the Alley includes access to multiple venues within Power Plant Live! including Leinenkugel’s Beer Garden, Luckie’s Tavern, Luckie’s Liquors, Mosaic Nightclub & Lounge, Tin Roof, PBRm, Angel’s Rock Bar, Howl at the Moon and The Alley.

 

Event Details & Tickets

Rally in the Alley starts at 11 a.m. on April 13 and ends at 4 p.m. – it takes place rain or shine. Festival-goers must be 21 or over to attend. Tickets – which are available online – range from $35-60 (plus tax and fees).

General admission tickets ($35) include festival entry plus five drink tickets, which can be redeemed for beers (Miller Lite, Coors Light, Angry Orchard) and/or cocktails made with liquor brands like Jack Daniels, Smirnoff, Captain Morgan and Loco Nut. The ticket also includes a food voucher good for a cheeseburger or two hot dogs.

VIP tickets ($60) include five drink tickets that can be redeemed for premium brand beers and cocktails, plus a food voucher and a Rally in the Alley tank top.

Where to Park

The best spot to park when you’re heading to Rally in the Alley – or any Power Plant Live! venue – is Harbor Park Garage.

Located at 55 Market Place, the garage is right next door to Power Plant Live!, making it an extremely convenient spot to start and end your trip. The garage, which is easily accessible from I-83 and other routes in and out of the city, is well-lit and staffed 24/7 by a team of employees who are friendly and knowledgeable about the area; they’re always willing to answer questions, make recommendations or help you with directions to your destination.
