On February 25 and 26, 2021, Harbor Park Garage will welcome MIX 106.5 employees and volunteers working at the station’s annual Radiothon supporting the Johns Hopkins Children’s Center.

The annual Radiothon fundraiser typically takes place at Johns Hopkins Children’s Center but due to COVID-19-related concerns, it has been moved to a downtown Baltimore building for 2021. The building’s proximity to Harbor Park Garage makes it a convenient spot for parking – and Harbor Park is pleased to support the Radiothon and Johns Hopkins by offering free parking for those working at the event.

About the MIX 106.5 Radiothon

Mix106_logoNow in its 32nd year, the MIX 106.5 is the single largest fundraiser for the Johns Hopkins Children’s Center. During the two-day event, MIX 106 DJs encourage individuals and local businesses or other organizations to donate and get involved in supporting the Children’s Center.

Since it began in 1989, the fundraiser has raised over $25 million. Donations can be both big or small – last year, a handful of companies donated over $25,000 each, including Carroll Fuel, Chick-fil-A, Elkridge Furnace Inn, Griffith Energy Services, Inc., Ledo Pizza, Royal Farms and Wawa.
