Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It

We collect several types of information from and about users of our Site, including information:

– about Reservations, Spots, use of Services, activity in the Garage, your preferences, and other information related to your parking history;

– about your internet connection, the equipment you use to access our Site and usage details.

– Directly from you when you provide it to us, such as when you make a Reservation, make payment, register for Services, enter and exit the Garage, purchase something, create a user account, or otherwise use the Site;
– Automatically as you navigate through the Site and based on your purchases and other behavior. Information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses and information collected through cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies;
– From third parties, for example, our service providers and business partners.

Information You Provide to Us

The information we collect on or through our Site may include:

– Information that you provide by filling in forms on our Site and by making purchases using your account. This includes information provided at the time of any registration, becoming a member, joining a program, subscribing to any service, shopping on our Site, posting material or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you make a Reservation or take other action on the Site, and when you report a problem with our Site.

Additionally, we cannot control the actions of other users of the Site who have access to your User Contributions. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.

For example, we may use Parking Panda®, SpotHero®, ParkWhiz®, Arrive®, and Way.com® for reservations, and content and access to social media sites such as Facebook®, Twitter®, Pinterest®, Instagram® and Linkedin® may be available on the Site by clicking on their respective logos. These third parties may collect information from you when you use our Site. The information they collect may be associated with your personal information, financial information or they may collect information, including personal information, about your online and Garage activities over time and across different websites, physical locations and online services. Such Third Party Materials are governed by privacy policies that are in addition to and/or different from our privacy policy (“Third-Party Privacy Policies”) governing their use of your personal information.

Our Privacy Policy applies to the Site’s services only. We do not control third parties’ actions, tracking technologies or how they may use your personal information. If you have any questions about anything in the Third-Party Privacy Policies, you should contact the responsible provider directly. By using the Third Party Materials, you are bound by and shall comply with all Third-Party Privacy Policies. Any breach by you of any Third-Party Privacy Policies is also a breach of this Privacy Policy.
